Need for Speed Most Wanted hitting Android and Kindle Fire Oct 30th

I have personally been keeping a close eye on when Need for Speed Most Wanted would be coming to our little Android world. We know it is pre-loaded on the recently released Samsung Galaxy Note II for T-mobile, even if only a demo-ish version. That had me thinking that they would release the full game today as well. Unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case. It looks like EA will be unleashing the inner street racer in all of us on October 30th. At least that is the little line I caught while checking out the EA website this afternoon.

There are a few more details listed on their page about the upcoming game as well. Obviously the game will be all about racing and running from the cops. Every little boys dream. The game will have realistic full-car damage for the first time on a mobile device. You will be able to login to your Origin account and the Wanted list and see how you stack up with your friends across all platforms. You will also be able to challenge your friends right their on the spot and show them who’s who.

Last night I saw a bit more text on the site. It made mention of motion controls such as tilting for speed and using your device as a the steering wheel. Those control styles aren’t anything new to us in the Android world and Racing games.
