New update out for Google Wallet, brings holo style UI and other Improvements

Those of you lucky enough to have access and use of Google Wallet, might want to check the Play Store for an update that rolled out today. It moves the app to version 1.6-R96-v13 and is available now. The update sadly doesn’t make it available on more devices on more carriers, but it does make some changes.

Most noticeable is the new UI. Google Wallet now looks and feels more like other Google Mobile Apps with the swiping navigation. Tying one more Google service into a single navigational feel and look approach. The update also talks about better battery life along with app stabilization.

Now if they could just get the app going with carriers and more devices, the world would be a better place. To bad the other guys are all looking to Isis for their mobile payment solution.
