When Gionee announced the Elife 5.5, its 5.5mm thickness seems just about the thinnest we’re ever going to see smartphones get. If Sirkdow Prismatiker gets his way, however, phones might just have to get even thinner than even the Elife 5.5. Sirkdow has come up with a Nexus 6 concept which, well, just look:
Beautiful, isn’t it? As you can see, Sirkdow’s concept revolves around the fact that phones can get even thinner than we’ve seen, down to the point where it is about the thickness of a sheet of metal. The concept also suggests the Nexus 6 will have a Quad HD screen and stereo speakers, as rumours about the Nexus 6 have previously suggested. We’re not entirely sure that this is even possible in our current realm of technological abilities, but it’s certainly nice to see what this might actually look like if, or when, this ever comes to pass. When we do, I hope they rounded the edges as you might accidentally take your ear off trying to answer the phone.
