Real Soccer 2012 gets drop kicked to the market by Gameloft and its FREE

We generally know what the heck Gameloft is up to before a new game drops. Apparently we missed this one landing yesterday. Gameloft dropped Real Soccer 2012 to the Android market for the amazing price of FREE. Sounds like a great deal to me. The game graphics look pretty stellar and it packs in some great customization options. RS2012 is also graced with an official FIFPRO license, meaning that thousands of ‘real’ players, 350 teams and 14 league championships are available.

One of the mentioned additions in the game is a pretty unique one. Thanks to Hypergame technology, you can simply tap on a game from the in-game news feed and recreate the game you just watched. Take a brief read at what else RS2012 is packing –

It has yet to see a huge following though. The market is showing 100-500 downloads and the few comments that are written lean more towards greatness. Some are claiming horrible controls and recommending other games like PES2012 and Fifa10. Both of those cost you a couple of bucks though. We don’t see any mention of in-app purchases tough. Which is odd. With all that is packed into this game there has to be a catch too why it is free. Unfortunately I was unable to install it and take a look. Feel free to pop into the market and give it a whirl for your self. After all, it will only cost you a bit of time to see if it is worth it or not to you.
