Rockstar Games bringing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas come December

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Android December
Rockstar Games keeps pushing forward and bringing classics back to Android users. We already have Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Max Payne Mobile. Today Rockstar Games has announced that they will be releasing another one, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

I remember standing inside a GameStop in Washington waiting for the midnight release of San Andreas for the PS2 way back in the day.

Newly remastered graphics including dynamic and detailed shadows, greater draw distance, an enriched color palette, plus enhanced character and car models make this the best-looking version of San Andreas yet.

The new mobile version won’t be just a straight port of course. Rockstar is pretty stellar at reworking their games to be more mobile friendly. It will feature new touch controls including contextual control options to display buttons only when you need them. Three different control options for driving vehicles. A reworked checkpoint system to make your mobile experience and progression a bit easier. They also mention that San Andreas will also come with full controller support, making special note about the “Made for iOS” controllers. I would imagine they would also make it compatible with the Moga controllers since both GTA III and Vice City are compatible.
