Both of these phones were confirmed as being available on Rogers April 28th. Following that news Best Buy is now offering both the Xperia Play and Arc on a pre-order sale. Unlike other pre-orders Best Buy is only taking deposits of $50 to reserve which ever phone you’d like to pick up at which time you’ll most likely have to hand over the rest.
