As the title of this post implies, the information I am about to convey upon you is strictly a rumor. A little birdie (by the name of Chris, from Phandroid) dropped a post this evening that is sure to gain the attention of Sprint customers a-plenty. Apparently, the Verizon Galaxy Nexus has been safely flashed to Sprint’s network; furthermore, Sprint sales support have even gone as far as to give the go-ahead for the device to be flashed on their network.
Of course, at the time of this discovery, Sprint’s customer service is closed for the evening, so I was unable to reach anyone and ask them if there is any validity to this rumor. I’ll surely give them a call during regular business hours tomorrow to see what they have to say about it all. Stay tuned for an update.
