Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Note 2 Compared, Side-By-Side.

galaxy note 3If you’re at all excited about the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 being announced next week at IFA 2013, you would naturally have come across the leaked pictures which give us a very nice full-frontal of the successor to the very popular Galaxy Note 2. As always with these full frontal shots, however, it’s a little hard to judge the actual relative size of the phone in relation to something we’re familiar with. Well, RBMen have kindly done away with this mystery by placing the leaked Note 3 photo next to a photo of the Note 2 and matched the scales.

We’re expecting the Note 3 to have a 5.7-inch screen, larger than the Note 2’s 5.5-inch screen, but what you’ll notice is that the Note 3 is only marginally taller than the  Note 2 and not that much wider either, and that’s thanks to the Note 3’s 2.2mm bezel. So if you’re a Note 2 owner worried about upgrading because of a huge size difference, but comforted that it won’t be that much of a jump. Apart from the screen-sizes, the only other notable difference is the Note 3’s more squarish corners, possibly alluding to a more squarish Galaxy S5 next year.

What do you think about the comparison between the Note 2 and Note 3? Are you excited about the announcement of the Galaxy Note 3 next week? Let us know what you think in the comments.
