Google+ is one of the Google apps that I always look forward to when it comes to updates. There are so many possibilities and with each update, I hope some of those possibilities come to light. Well, in today’s Google+ update one of my wishes came to life; this update brings Google+ up to version number 4.1.1 and brings notifications for pictures that have been put through the Auto Awesome process.
This is something I have wanted for quite sometime as I usually had no clue my images had been “Auto Awesome’d” unless I checked my albums. I don’t really do that on a day to day basis so it’s nice to see that Google will now let me know when I should check my albums via my Android device. This notification feature is not just limited to the Android OS so you will now get notifications on your desktop and iOS device. There are also some bug fixes which are always welcome.
