Screencast updates with time-lapse recording, now we can really have some fun app Reviews

Some of you might be familiar with an application called Screencast. It is a pretty awesome and useful app to video record your home screens and all the actions you do on your home screens. Just think of it as a live screenshot. Very useful for going over apps or ROMs. Instead of trying to angle your video camera just right to show your phone’s display, you can just run a screencast and all everyone will see is your screen and whatever you are reviewing.

Screencast just got a nifty little feature in the latest update. Good ole’ Time-lapse Video. You can now go into the video settings and set the frame rate up the 15x fast. I set it at 15x and went through my home screens and some apps in like a four minute time frame, then played the video back in about ten seconds. Pretty cool stuff. If you have not purchased Screencast yet, it will run you 3.99, but it is well worth the money I promise you. If you do already have it purchased, what are you waiting for? Update that app already.
