I think this is a great idea. I have seen only a handful of sites that offer a service like this and they cost a substantial amount more and generally only allow 1 to 5 questions a month. At only $13 bucks a month to get all the answer you need in a fast and timely manner in easy to understand context without making you feel stupid is pretty cool. Not to mention the amount of time and headaches you can avoid.

UPDATE – Looks like the response for the new service was wonderful, but many of you had concerns with the $12.95 a month fee. Smartphone Blitz took that into immediate consideration and have already revamped their pricing scheme. Now the service has been lowered to $4.95 a month. So for less than the cost of one Starbucks coffee, you can have unlimited support and help available. Think you can forgo one coffee a month to help save you headaches? Heck, you won’t need to buy one to stay up and spend the whole night trying to fix your phone, should be an easy sale now.
