OPPO N1 can be purchased worldwide Today

cyanogenmod phone

As we previously announced, the ginormous OPPO N1 5.9″ phablet aka the CyanogenMod Phone went on sale internationally today. (A full list of specs can be found HERE.) There will be an option to run CyanogenMod natively out of the box as a special edition which isn’t available yet, but will be available soon. Also marked as coming soon is the ability to install CyanogenMod as an alternate OS officially (from stock recovery or perhaps the CyanogenMod Installer), but that’s still in the works. Current N1s are shipping with OPPO’s ColorOS Android 4.2.2 skin, but if you have ants in the pants for CyanogenMod naows, you can install it the old fashioned way.

Our last report was unclear about specific pricing of 16GB vs 32GB models, but there’s some new light on that. The 16GB models will be €449 and $599 and the 32GB models will be €479 and $649 in Europe and the U.S. respectively (no carrier subsidies, sorry). Asian pricing varies by country, but can be found HERE. If you’re interested in getting the OPPO N1, you can get it from the OPPO Store today.
