Admittedly, this is a little underwhelming, though the bright side is once the testing is complete, HPSA+ will start coming to other cities.
This will be even better news if T-Mobile decides to pick up the Huawei U8800, Â a device that rocks an Android 2.1 operating system and integrates HSPA+ capabilities to support downlink speeds of up to 14 Mbps. Keep your fingers crossed.
