T-Mobile testing HSPA+ in select cities

Live in Dallas, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, or Philadelphia? Good news! You’re going to be a pilot city for T-Mo. Starting March 14, the only device to offer the blazing speeds of home broadband on the go will be the webConnect Rocket. Admittedly, this is a little underwhelming, though the bright side is once the testing is complete, HPSA+ will start coming to other cities.

This will be even better news if T-Mobile decides to pick up the Huawei U8800,  a device that rocks an Android 2.1 operating system and integrates HSPA+ capabilities to support downlink speeds of up to 14 Mbps. Keep your fingers crossed.
