Tis the season for Holiday Music, Google Music to the Rescue

One of my personal pet peeves is all the Christmas music that starts being played at stores right after Thanksgiving. Contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t put me in a Christmas spirit. I start thinking about how much money I am going to have to spend on the kids. That is a thought that I don’t want to have running through my head until at least a week before the day.

However, I do love Christmas music. It is up lifting and many songs will bring you back into memories of your child hood with Grandma sneaking you treats and your aunt having a little too much EggNog before 10am. Yes I had ‘that’ family. As much as I wish I still had our old Bing Crosby records to turn on for dear old Grandma, those days are gone.

That doesn’t mean they have to be though. Thanks to Google Music and the spirit of the holiday season, they have just announced a holiday sale for all Christmas music. Bringing you classics like Bing Crosby and Nat King Cole. They are running a .25 cent sale on 100 classic songs along with 25 albums for only $3.99 each.

I can’t wait to see my Grandmas face when I turn on some Bing Crosby when she comes over for Christmas. She is going to love it.

If you are in the mood to pick up some great Christmas tracks for the family, just point your browser to the Android Market and Google’s Holiday Blowout sale.
