The Padfone Infinity phone device sports a 5-inch HD phone with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. It offers up 441 PPI. Inside you will find the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, the same one found in the HTC One device. It is clocked at 1.7GHz. There is a 13Mp f/2.0 camera built-in that also takes 1080p HD video at 30 frames per-second. Â Memory wise, you are looking at two choices, a 32GB or a 64GB version. Battery wise ASUS puts out a claim of 19 hours of talk time.
When docked, you get a full 10.1 HD tablet experience at 1920 x 1200 resolution. The tablet has its own 5,000mAh battery built inside, a 1MP front facing camera, 4G Lte, GPS and more. With the battery in the tablet when the phone is docked you are looking at a whopping 41 hours of talk time on the go.
The press release talks of a launch in Taiwan in April with the 64GB model retailing at €999. Other select countries will see a release in early Q2 of 2013. Pricing will change per country of course.
