Who Will Make The Next Nexus 7: Lenovo, LG Or Samsung?

nexus 7The 2013 Nexus 7 has barely even reached the fingers of its adoring fans, yet there are already murmurs of who is going to produce the 2014 model. This is presumably in the light that ASUS will be ending its partnership with Google after this iteration of the Nexus 7, and DigiTimes apparently has it on good authority that LG, Samsung and Lenovo are all lining up as potential suitors for a tablet agreement with Google.

Of those three manufacturers, it’s obvious that Samsung is the most recently experienced with tablets, and LG and Lenovo would be lagging some ways behind in that category. That said, LG’s relationship with Google is currently on the front foot with a great spell making the Nexus 4, but that fact alone could mean that Lenovo could also make a top notch tablet given input from Google. It all boggles the mind a bit, especially as we’re still coming to terms with how amazing an update this 2013 Nexus 7 is over its predecessor.

Who do you think would be a suitable manufacturer for the 2014 Nexus 7? One of those 3, or perhaps someone else? Let us know who you think would be suitable.
