As you Moto X users wait patiently for your Android 4.4 KitKat, XDA developers have stumbled on a test build for you users on T-Mobile, and possibly Verizon. Apparently the build has worked on Verizon variants, but flash at your own risk. Make sure you have your bootloader unlocked, then proceed with the following:
1. Put your phone in fastboot mode (press and hold power + volume down when phone is off)
2. Connect phone to PC
3. Extract zip on PC and run flashall.bat
Now apparently the Google Experience Launcher does not come with the build, so if you plan on flashing this build and want the new KitKat launcher, click here to download it from us. The build might not be fully stable, so make sure you back up whatever you have got on your Moto X before attempting to flash. let us know how it runs.
