Motorola Shadow Blazes Through Benchmark Test

Although this is not confirmed, The device listed below Nexus One 2.2 is what we can hopefully assume is going to be the latest addition the “Droid” family. The device would most likely be running Android 2.2 “Froyo” upon release. Using “Quadrant Standard” from Aurora Softworks, which is currently available in the Android Market, it does a number of speed tests and submits your results. So as you can see here is that from some of the Motorola Shadow’s that are in the wild have been tested using this app.

While blowing past HTC’s Droid Incredible, Google’s Nexus One running 2.1, and the Samsung Galaxy S the only device that can beat it is Google’s Nexus One running Android 2.2 “Froyo.” This could be another “heavy-hitter” for Verizon Wireless as the HTC Droid Incredible is still out of stock. Either way, keep a lookout for this device soon as it most likely will sell twice as fast.

If you would like to Benchmark your device scan QR code (above) or access the Android Market on your device and search “Quadrant Standard.”
