AT&T users unite! This new app titled “Mark The Spot” has been available for iPhone users for months now and we see it’s made it’s way to Android. This app allows customers to send feedback regarding network issues i.e. dropped calls, coverage loss, poor signal strength etc… According to the app summary AT&T states:
“AT&T Mark The SPot is an application that provides customers a means to provide feedback on network user experience to AT&T.”
We all know a current or past customer with AT&T that has complained about their coverage especially when we see a commercial showing their network covering “97% of all Americans.” I think everyone I know currently with AT&T can call B.S. on that one. “Mark The Spot” could make that possible in the future, so Motorola Backflip, HTC Aria, and soon coming Samsung Captivate users might want to learn to love this app.
