Many of us HTC fans are eager to see an Android tablet from the Taiwanese company and what we’re learning today is that we could see an Android tablet coming as early as Q1 of 2011. With each smartphone and tablet there are many different subcontracted companies that piece the final product together.
As with any secret, the fewer people that know make it easier to keep quiet and a Taiwanese component company has let a possible time frame for the finished product slip. As we’ve previously seen with the Nexus One which launched in Q1 of this year, Google and HTC may be back at it again bringing us an Android tablet in Q1 of 2011, so hopefully there is some truth to this rumor. At least we have the Nexus One launch to verify a possible pattern to a Q1 release.
