Tethering free as a bird…

If you wanted to tether your Android phone you had one of two options: either root your device, or download PDANet.  Problem is, not everyone wants to, or has the knowledge to root their phone, and PDANet is not free if you need https services.  Now there is a third option.  EasyTether allows you to tether your computer to your phone without rooting your phone, and it is completely free, no matter how you want to use it.  The current version only works for 32-bit versions of Windows, but it will soon work for 64-bit versions of Windows and for Macs.  Give it a try, and let us know how it works for you:
