Details have come to light about Verizon’s 4G LTE network as an internal document shows LTE in comparison to the competition. As Sprint’s WiMAX network tops out at roughly 5Mbps, Verizon’s LTE looks to start off with that speed maxing out at about 12Mbps. Check out the other document below.
Verizon is set to launch their LTE network in 38 cities including 62 airports and judging by these speeds it looks like Sprint will be left out in the cold as Verizon’s LTE and T-Mobile’s HSPA+ will be leading the pack. Now, all we need is a little more info on these upcoming LTE smartphones and tablets cough:::Verizon:::cough.
