[Video] CM10 Boot Animation Official. Simple, to the Point, and Very Awesome

With every version of CyanogenMod build awesomeness, a creative boot animation has been born. From Andy skating onto our screens, to the newly welcomed Cid showing us what seems to be angry eyes while going through a worm hole. Flashing early builds of CM10 on my phone, the developers have either went with the normal Jelly Bean boot animation, or just stuck with Cm9’s. I was beginning to contemplate just what they would do for CM10.

Mascot? No. Crazy animation background? No! They have decided to go with a much simpler approach to what we see before we are bedazzled with their creation. How about the words CyanogenMod in the middle of a ring that has a streak of light running through it? Of course, in only a way Cyanogen knows how to do so. That is what we get with this new boot animation. The video below is nicely put together, basically letting us know that this is a simple boot animation. One thing you guys will see is that the video mentions it will not have a 30 second loop, as in the animation will not start over after 30 seconds. Looking in the comments section of the video, I noticed people thinking that “it is a loop!” but the streak of light circling around the ring just keeps going and going. The whole animation does not start again which occurred sometimes in previous builds when you would do that very first fresh boot and it would take a little longer than normal. Check the video for yourself and let us know what you think of it.
