We have been hearing about the Venue and the Venue Pro coming from Dell for a while now. This particular FCC filing is just for the “Venue”. Thankfully the Venue is supposed to be running Android, not Windows Phone 7. The device is also dropping the portrait slide down keyboard in favor of  the full on screen keyboard like in the Galaxy S phones. The screen is still the same, coming in at 4.1 inches and retaining the latest curved gorilla glass design to really amplify that Super AMOLED screen underneath. This device is looking pretty slick. Especially from a design stand point. I Can’t imagine it will take to long to see this device in the hands of consumers.
With the Venue Pro out and about, sporting Windows Phone 7, all of us that cringed to see that OS on a nice looking device can breathe a sigh of relief finally. If you haven’t seen the Dell Venue Pro take a look at this video.
I have to give Dell props for supporting both OS’s. What do you guys think?
