I am extremely addicted to MIUI and all the themeing abilities that it brings. One of my all time favorite abilities built into MIUI is how easy it is to change lock screens. The stock lock screens and even those that you can obtain via various applications, just never seemed to hit the spot.
In my own personal quest for having as much freedom as possible with how my device looks and feels, I found 2 more lock screens that I thought for sure you guys might enjoy.
The first one is called ROU IU. It is based of the very popular 5 way unlock. The lock screen gives you direct and instant access to the 5 most used features on your device. The camera, the browser, your messages, your calls and your home screen. Each has color associated to it offering what looks like a pie chart on your screen. The lock screen also has a colorful set of music controls attached with it. I also like the blue ring that illuminate’s while your device is charging.
The second lock screen I found that I fell in love with comes in two versions, well, one version except the one I liked came with a wallpaper. This second lock screen s called White Ring. It’s similarly based on the 5 way unlock. with the same unlock options as the previous one we just showed you. Instead of being a colorful wheel, it is a simple basic white. The unlock options will appear when you press and hold the circle. Again, I really liked the look of the charging ring around the lock button. check out the custom version and the standard versions below.
You can find the download link to each version available below. Download which ever one or all of them if you want. Remember, if the file downloads as a zip, be sure to rename it to mtz first. Place the file in MIUI/Theme located on your SD card. Hope you enjoy these.
