Beta dropped, Nova Launcher lands in the Android Market for all to easily Get

We have covered Nova Launcher quite a few different times. Doing our best to keep up with the application and any updates that the developers made to it. It has taken some time and 15 beta builds to get it to a point that they thought was worthy of mass consumption. Today, they launched the launcher to the market. Not only is the standard launcher available, and for free I might add, but there is also a ‘Prime’ version. The free version should be plenty for the average user, while the prime version offers a few extra scroll effects, gestures and a few other additions.

If you are not familiar with Nova, it is a home replacement app that looks remarkably similar to the stock Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) home. The difference being the added customizations like scroll effects, scrollable dock and custom icon support. The only downside to the app is that it will only run on ICS. Meaning the Galaxy Nexus owners and any ROM that you might have installed on other devices that aren’t yet official. The launcher works and looks great. If you have yet to check it out, we recommend you give it a shot. I know many people have switched to the beta builds and it drastically improved the speed of the custom ICS ROM they were running. It is worth a shot right? After all, you can check it out for free. If you love it, pick up the prime version to support all the hard work they put into this.
