T-Mobile USA have confirmed that they will release the GarminFone. This is the first Android powered phone to be fully integrated with Garmin’s Navigation software.
The phone is a full touch smart phone, with a 3.5 inch screen.
The 3 Megapixel camera will automatically goe-tag photoes, so you cen then navigate back there using the photo, it includes real time traffic, local weather events, movie listings and petrol prices. Navigation can be either Driving, walking or public ransport.
This looks like the most complete navigation experience on a phone so far, and possibly looks like it could compete with stand alone sat-navs.
