If you’re even mildly interested in Samsung‘s latest flagship device (or devices as it may be), this week has been a whirlwind of activity – leaked images and details have been coming from all corners of the web. Today, yet another Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Edge leak has been dropped and appears to flesh out the details of the devices a little more.
Many details confirm how the devices are going to look, in particular that the camera module that we saw yesterday sticking out of the back of the device, will be the same colour as the device itself (of which four colour options are suspected). Furthermore, both the front and back of the device will have the same finish, which could further the case of a metal design for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Edge. Regarding the Galaxy Edge specifically, the leak again confirms that it will have a curved display on both edges of the screen but will be “30 to 50 percent less curved” than its spiritual predecessor, the Note Edge. This is said to be because of the thinner profile of the device and the need to have space for the power and volume buttons.
While we have a pretty good idea of what the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Edge are going to look like and feel like, it’s almost impossible to predict whether these devices are going to save Samsung from the declining profits it experienced last year.
