Minor update to the LG G3 finally brings Android Lollipop on-screen soft keys

Although the LG G3 has to be counted as one of the luckiest devices around considering it has had Android Lollipop for a few months already, my primary gripe with it (possibly because I am somewhat obsessive and compulsive) is that the on-screen soft keys are still the old, pre-Lollipop style with no option to update them to the Lollipop ones. Thankfully, a minor update to the LG G3 has been released that rectifies this – the update just states that there are “App updates”, but I can’t work out what other changes there have been just yet.

As you can see, it’s a very minor update, jumping the version from V20e to V20h and changing a few numbers in the tail of the Build number. As is obvious though, the soft keys have been updated in the right image, and for me that makes a world of difference to feeling like the device is running Android Lollipop. Or maybe that’s just me.
