LG felt like it was not enough to have just one event in the month of May, so they have started sending “save the date” invites for May 30th. Now there are no details on what exactly they plan on showing us at this event, but I guess the title says it all. “Imagination Begins” is what they are going with, and some have speculated that the Optimus G2 will show its pretty face at the event.
The LG Optimus G2 has already been rumored to have a full 1080p display, and running the new Qualcomm 800 processor that can be juiced up to 2.3 GHz. Sounds like a beast, but since the original Optimus G was considered the LG enhanced Nexus 4, is the Optimus G2 going to be the Nexus 5? Doubtful since we probably will not see a Nexus 5 until the end of the year.
So what do you think LG will be showing us at this event? I personally do not even remember hearing much about the event they just had, where they showed off the Optimus G Pro. Let us know what you guys think.
