Looking to get your hands on a tablet but can’t seem to justify the cost associated? T-Mobile might be able to help you out on that front with the reinstatement their “Tablet on Us” promotion. Beginning February 12th and running through February 16th you can get your hands on a free ALCATEL ONETOUCH Pop 7. In this instance there is $0 down payment and $0 monthly payments towards the device, you will only need to worry about covering the taxes for the devices regular cost. Checking on their site it looks like the regular full price of the tab is $168. Your taxes will vary state to state.
There is one small catch to the offer, you do need to select a 1GB or higher postpaid mobile internet package to attach to it. The tablet doesn’t sound all that terrible for the free price tag. It sports a dual-core processor at 1.3GHz, 1GB of RAM, Bluetooth 4.0, 2MP camera and is 4G. It certainly isn’t a Nexus 9, but at the price of free it would make a good browsing tablet or media remote for the house. The 1GB of data is a bit of a stickler though at $20 per month on a standalone plan.
