CES has come and gone, and now we have the rest of the events of 2013 to look forward to. MWC being the next big electronic event, Samsung has been rumored to unveil some pure awesomeness and here is the next rumor from them. SamMobile has been a pretty reliable source when it comes to Samsung news, and they believe Samsung will be unveiling the Galaxy Note 8. That is right. An 8-inch version of the beloved Note, and SamMobile believes it to be “confirmed” and they have specs.
With the Note III rumored to have a 6.3-inch display, 8 inches is not much bigger. Who am I, though, to take stabs at what a multi-billion dollar company’s decisions on the devices they decide to produce. According to SamMobile, the Note 8 will sport an 8-inch 1280×800 LCD display, 5 and 1.3-megapixel cameras, 2GB of RAM, up to 32GB of internal storage with SD expansion, a 4600mAh battery, Bluetooth 4.0 and Android 4.2. No word on the processor, but it could likely be rocking the Exynos 5 OCta processor they unveiled at CES.
So Samsung, you are running out of inches here. Looks like those flexible OLEDs should be the next main focus when it comes to your devices. Let us know what you guys think, and if you would buy an 8-inch Note.
