25 movies Google thinks we should all Own

So we got a fair amount of apps and games rolling for a quarter, but Google also wanted to cover all of their offerings with deals across the boards. While the movie deals aren’t 25 cents, there are a fair amount of good movies in the list. My only gripe is having to click on each one to find out the actual purchase price. We would much rather own a movie than rent it and the “from $4.99” listing on the movie is pretty misleading. So we are going to do a little leg work on this one for you. Below is a list of movies by actual purchase price, not rental price and just for the standard video quality version. All HD versions will be a few bucks more. Click any link to head straight to the Play Store and snag it when you get a chance.

$5.00 and under for standard versions

Superbad

Battle: Los Angeles

The Green Hornet

The Other Guys

Pineapple Express

Piranha 3D

Faster

Step Brothers

Anger Managment

Priced at $10 and under $12 for standard versions

Dr. Seauss’ The Lorax

Super 8

Battleship

Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol

The Adventures of Tin Tin

Hugo

Jeff Who Lives at Home

Young Adult

Like Crazy

Paranormal Activity 3

The Devil Inside

Silent House

Killer Elite

Being Flynn

American Reunion

$15 and up

Wanderlust

Well that took forever. At least you can now see the purchase price for the entire special in one place. Sure beats clicking each one like we just did. Some prices were disappointing and others were a bit surprising. Don’t forget, you need to have Play Movies installed to watch these on your device is you buy them, or you can watch them on your PC. Pretty nice either way. Hopefully some of you might spend a  little and get one of your favorite movies today.

The complete list can be viewed through the Limited Time Movie Deals page.
