Nova Launcher updated their interface with Android 4.4 tweaks, now it is Apex Launcher’s turn. Apex has updated to beta 2.2, and it has tweaked its interface with all those awesome KitKat UI themes. You can grab the beta version buy joining the testing group here, because it is not out in the Play Store quite yet.
Sadly, just like Nova, Apex doesn’t have the Google Now homescreen we have all grown to love with the Google Experience Launcher, but it does have that transparent status bar. I am beginning to wonder if both Nova and Apex will ever integrate the Google Now homescreen, but at at least you get all the other features both launchers have with a KitKat theme. So if you want to get your hands on the new beta launcher, become a tester and give it a whirl. Let us know how you like it.
