Trap! is a simple puzzle game developed by Matt Wachowski. The premise of the game is basic; Â your goal is to draw lines on your phone, trapping the floating balls. If a ball hits your line before it’s complete, you lose a life. You can also trap bonus items that give extra lives, time, points, speed boosts, or can make balls freeze in place or wander freely. The higher in levels you go, the more balls you need to trap; and that’s it.
As I’ve said, it’s a pretty simple game with not a lot to it, but that’s why I’ve had it on my Android for months now. The boards take enough concentration to provide a good outlet to give your brain a rest from other tasks. The levels are also short enough that you can do one when you have a few minutes to kill, then you can save your game and come back to it at a later time.
