This was a nice surprise to come across. XDA member IntelSoftApps, has done some major work with a few of the developing community cohorts, to bring us a replica of the Ice Cream Sandwich launcher. This is solely based off of screen shots that they have collected and seen from around the web. So don’t expect this to be more than a custom launcher at this point. Many things could be different by the time we see ICS and the launcher that is officially built for it.
That doesn’t mean it isn’t the closest thing we have to ICS at the moment though. Take a look at some of the screenshots below –
 
It looks really nice. I have yet to try it myself though. I have heard that there are still some FC issues that need to be worked out to really make it flow. The app is labeled Alpha V1 for a reason after all. If you are interested in picking it up and having a look for yourself, feel free to DOWNLOAD it and install it like any other 3rd party apk file.
