CyanogenMod 7.0.3 Released – Squashing More Bugs

A little over a week ago we saw CyanogenMod 7.0.2 roll out after a mishap with a bug that was present in the 7.0.1 update which was outed just before. As we’ve come to expect the CyanogenMod Team is always releasing nightly builds which provide small fixes and enhancements which aid in helping stability for the release candidates that follow. That being said a new update has been released today which fixes a bug in the update notification system and addresses a security risk.

This new update 7.0.3 is currently rolling out and can be found via the mirror network or on Rom Manager. This update only applies to those users currently running versions 7.0, 7.0.2 or 7.0.2.1. If you’re running a recent nightly build the fixes have already been implemented.

EDIT: For EVO and EVO Shift owners a different version has been released as a bug was found in the first 7.0.3 release. The new version is 7.0.3.1 and can be found under your device on the mirror network or via ROM Manager.
