There are discounts, deals and then freebies. I personally like freebies the best, even if the freebie isn’t all that spectacular. In this case, however, it is a pretty killer deal on a service that some of you may greatly enjoy the chance to check out, OnLive. OnLive is a company that has been around for a number of years actually. They give you a monthly subscription option and you can stream any of the 250+ titles they have available anytime, anywhere. Yes, there is also an Android app for that too. They have apps for the Amazon Fire TV, MadCatz M.O.J.O., NVIDIA Shield, Windows, Mac and a number of other locations. While the package doesn’t hand over the latest and greatest triple A titles, there are plenty of great choices to be had like Just Cause 2, Oddworld, Saints Row The Third and The Witcher 2. OnLive offers quite a bit more with their Games Bundle and Cloudlift, but since the promo doesn’t give access to those, I won’t be talking about them.
If you travel over to OnLive’s Playback games page you have the option to sign up for a 7-day free trial. That is what everyone gets. However, there is a new deal on Stack Social that will deliver you 30 days of free gaming access. While the savings is just under $10, it is still a savings on a service that you may or may not even like or want. At least you will have some actual time to get in some gaming to find out though.
