That’s right Google has once again graced us with a beautiful new update this time it comes in the form of the YouTube app. We got some pretty big UI changes as you can see in the images below. There is also a new icon that looks much nicer in my opinion but makes the YouTube app look like a music player app.
There is also a new in-app multi-tasking ability in YouTube which is pretty damn nice. It allows you chose a YouTube video and minimize it and have it play in a corner while you navigate through the rest of the app. You can also swipe it away and as you start sliding it to the right the sound actually starts to fade, pretty damn neat.
