Dropbox’s new computer based client. It allows you to quickly and easily import all your photos from various sources to Dropbox with a single click. I used it all day yesterday and already snagged 4GB of storage space. Now
Dropbox is extending the beta to the mobile app for Android and bumping the total space you can gain to 5GB. This is still part of the same 4.5GB that you can gain with the PC version, they are just offering another 500MB’s for using the app also. If you choose not to use the PC client, you can still gain upto 5GB with the mobile app, it will just take some time and we recommend using Wi-Fi only to do the big sync.

If you were having issues with the PC client, or just didn’t want to go that route, here is another option and chance to get some more free storage. Direct you browser over to the Dropbox Forums, download the apk and install it. You will get an instant 500MB of storage for your first photo or video uploaded from your device. Get to it guys.
