Galaxy Nexus gets price slash for Bell and Rogers networks via Best Buy Canada

A great deal on a Galaxy Nexus is sometimes hard to find here in the U.S. Everyone wants the latest and greatest phone for really inexpensive, but hates to sign a contract to do it. Things are a little different in Canada, they manage to bring the prices down on high-end phones all the time. A contract is still required, and if you though the 2-year agreements we have was crazy, how about a 3-year contract. The Canadians have been using this model for some time now, and it seems to work. According to a recent ad for Best Buy up north, Rogers and Bell customers, or soon to be customers, can pick up a Galaxy Nexus for $19.99, with that 3-year contract of course. I hoped into the Best Buy Canada site to check out those web codes in the ad, The first one takes you to the Galaxy Nexus for Fido at the $19.99 price and the second takes you to the Bell Canada’s device. I went a head and dug in for a minute and found the Rogers model for your convenience. You can find all three below.

They make sure to note that there are limited quantities and no rain checks will be provided. Seems like the price on the GNex has steadily been dropping in Canada. Is it because the device isn’t selling so well, or because so many carriers have it available and are competing for business? I’m not sure, I don’t live in Canada. For those of yout hat do, now looks like a pretty good time to get your Gnex on if you haven’t already.
