Google Getting Ready for Drive Cloud Storage Service

Looks like the rumored cloud service from Google is almost upon us according to the Wall Street Journal. “Google Drive” will be Google’s version of Dropbox, syncing files between computers and devices. It is looking like it will integrate with Google Music and Google Docs, so users will be able to upload entire music libraries to share with friends. Free music for everyone! I am kidding, but it will be a cool feature. Businesses will be another target for Google Drive, so that co-workers can easily share files with one and other with ease.

The boys over at TechCrunch noticed an error on the drive.google page, so their thinking that is an indication that they are preparing for the launch. No real word on if there is going to be similar pricing for extra space on Drive like Dropbox, but we will see in the coming weeks or months.
