Google+ update available, brings New Stream Design and More

Google+
It is always nice to open up the Play Store and find a ton of updates waiting for some of our favorite apps. Google has put an update out for Google+ today that offers up some things you might like to know about. The new update brings in 7 changes that aren’t just your usual ‘bug fixes’.

What’s in this version:

– New stream design (including comment previews and swiping through photo albums inline)
– Control the volume of posts that you see in your stream from individual circles/communities
– New app setup flow
– Filter search results by best or most recent
– Tell others about a community (by sharing it or sending an invitation)
– Re-share posts to communities
– Share your current location on your profile and control who can see it via G+ settings

The new stream design and the community focus is great for nearly anyone that is part of the various communities that are floating about Google+. It is great to see Google continuing to make Google+ a wonderful place to connect, learn and share. Now if they could just make managing multiple accounts a little easier. Still not a fan of signing out and back in to change pages. It’s better than having no option though. What do you guys think of the new additions?
