Have you seen the Android history Timeline website?

It has been one heck of a long morning here. Full of kids, PC issues and various other things that just happen to creep into ones life. The general Android world is a bit quiet right now. Most people are still trying to digest all the news that Google dropped on us yesterday. It was a full day to say the least. Now we are on the hunt for things that we missed and new things that you should probably know about. Purely by accident we came across a page, droidlife.com. No, this is not the regular Android news and information site droid-life. Which is what I was going for originally. No, this is a site that has a nearly complete history of Android from the inception in 2003 though July 31st 2012.

I am personally no good at looking up domain names who owns them and runs them at all. So I can’t tell you who is keeping this up to date, but they have a few things to add since the last update. It is still kind of fun to cruise through the timeline and remember some of our past though. It has links to original stories about Android, some embedded videos of various announcements and some pretty crazy looking devices that never made it to the light of day. If you have some time to kill and want to take a trip through the Android Past, this is a cool place to do it.
