HTC Nexus 9 LTE finally graces T-Mobile for $24.99 a month

The long awaited HTC Nexus 9 tablet is finally available for for purchase through T-Mobile. The carrier that has been shaking up the wireless industry left and right is the first network to officially offer the tablet to their customers.

LTE Nexus 9 T-Mobile

The Nexus 9 brings Lollipop to the tablets 8.9-inch IPS display. Inside it packs the beefy 64bit NVIDVIA Tegra K1 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage and is powered by a 6700 mAh battery. Price wise you are looking at $24.99 a month for 24 months, or $599.76 out-of-pocket.

That price tag does make the LTE enabled Nexus 9 $120 more than its Wi-Fi counterpart, but $0.23 lower than the LTE variant listed on the Play Store. (Which isn’t available to order yet at all.) However, there are a number of perks with T-Mobile that make this a pretty solid option. By default your purchase nets you 200MBs of data for free for life. On a Simple Choice plan you can pay $10 a month to match the data on your phone plan for the tablet up to 5GBs. Don’f forget, if you just snagged the new 2 line unlimited family plan you have 5GB of tethering per line available too.

Any takers out there on the first available LTE version of the Nexus 9?
