Motorola to spruce up phone market with 20-30 devices!

Lack of Android devices? Well Motorola should fix that. We can only speculate as to what they will be and what version of android will be shipped with them, We do know the  Moto Rio should be shipped Q1 .

The Android 2.0 MotoRoi will be sold by SK Telecom in Korea. Motorola said the smartphone will be available in Q1 in selected markets.

Another topic that was talked about is opening up Moto Blur to open source.

Here’s his comment:

Nikolakopoulos said it’s on the cards but didn’t commit to a time frame.

The problem with releasing Moto Blur to the public is that its driven out of data centers and keeping it private makes for a better quality for users.

Do you have any idea as to what Motorola might bring to the table? Post it in a comments.
We will try to update you with possible devices as soon as we get the leaks.

Motorola Executive:

There will be between 20 and 30 smartphones globally and, at this moment, all of them will run Android. Naturally, not all will be available everywhere as it depends on the company’s partnership with the various telco operators in each country. For non-smartphone models, they will run either Brew or the Motorola’s own operating system.
