It’s no surprise that we are starting to see more games based off the same simple principal of Alchemy. We took a look at one called Genetics that used animals to achieve the same purpose. They have all been extremely addictive. There is now another game based on the same idea called Hollywood Empire, by GoldenDoodleGames.
Hollywood Empire takes the concept of combining to a new level. You will take and combine over 140 actors, actresses, and directors, to create the movies they were in or directed. Once you have made a successful match you will be able to see the movie title they were in, the amount of money it made at the box office, unlock new actors and if you tap on the movie, you can go directly to YouTube to view the movie trailer.
The game also incorporates Facebook sharing of your recently discovered combinations. The more combinations you make, the more money you will receive in your box office. You can also submit your box office total to an online leader board for competing against other players.
This is a very well done twist on an already classic game for Android. I personally love being able to go see the movie trailer after making a new movie. Feel free to pick this title up below.
