Google Hangouts might finally see the SMS integration we have been waiting for since its launch with the next version that will be released. Screenshots from the upcoming Google Hangouts 1.3 show off settings to turn on and retrieve your text messages. Now of course things could change before this update releases to the public, and if there is indeed SMS integration, it will start off with only devices that have AOSP running on them.
