Official Samsung Galaxy S III Stock Firmware Leaked

Just the other day we saw that Chainfire had rooted the Samsung Galaxy S III successfully. It seems that over the weekend a bit more good news has surfaced. XDA developer Faryaab has recently shared the official stocked firmware from SamMobile for the SIII with the world. It lists a final build date of May 13th and is labeled as I9300XXALE8 (4.0.4). While this news might not be super amazing for some, it does mean quite a few things for the development community. We should start seeing a few things happening very soon such as, applications being pulled out, the TouchWiz interface moved and custom ROM’s based off the leak. Personally I can’t wait to see what this does for some our current devices.
