We’re fully expecting Samsung to unveil the Galaxy Note III at IFA in Berlin this year, but we may have just gotten a sneak peek at what the device will look like. Thanks to the folks over at SamMobile and TechTastic, possible images regarding the Samsung Galaxy Note III may have been leaked. The device seems to be a prototype that is used for R&D purposes at the moment, but could give us a taste of what is to come.

Rumored specs for the upcoming device consist of a 5.99″ Super AMOLED 1080p display, 2-3GB of RAM, 13MP Back Facing Camera, either a Octa-core processor or the new Snapdragon 800, as well as the well known S-Pen feature and either Android 4.2 or 4.3 with Touchwiz.

If this R&D unit is truly a prototype, it looks like Samsung will continue to keep the infamous Home button on their Galaxy devices, considering that one of the rumors for the Galaxy S4 was that they would be getting rid of it.
